Wall sandwich panels PU by SDpanel were designed to fulfill several functions. The most important are: resistance to atmospheric factors, thermal insulation, aesthetics, durability, functionality and versatility. The continuous core is an additional advantage, which improves the aesthetic of the building.
The cover width provided to our customers ranges from 600–1000 mm.
Available in a variety of thicknesses from 40 mm to 150 mm.
We primarily use polyurethane material, and can also use PIR to meet requirements for high fire resistance.
The standard SD panel height is 3 m–12.5 m, and we also offer shorter or extra-long panels up to 26 m.
Facing materials include color-coated steel, aluminum, mineral steel, galvanized steel, and stainless steel.
Standard density is 38–42 kg/m², with a closed-cell rate greater than 97%.
Thermal conductivity is less than 0.023 W/m·K; operating temperature range is -185°C to +129°C.
The panel effectively prevents thermal bridges, ensures heat retention, and is energy-saving, meeting low-carbon requirements.
SD panels provide excellent air-tightness and comply with national regulations.
